UK Badge – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 2nd October 2025

“We”, “our”, and “us” refer to UK Badge, a brand owned by DIGITIZING LLC.
“You” and “your” refer to the customer placing an order or requesting a quote with us.

All products supplied by UK Badge are custom-made to order based on your specifications.
We do not sell ready-made or stock items.
By placing an order or quote request, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a bespoke product, created specifically for you.

The “Buy Now” option applies only to items with instant pricing displayed on our website.
At checkout, you may choose one of three options:

Pay in Full – place your full order upfront for fastest production.
Pay Production Scan – receive a digital/production scan to approve before full production begins.
Pay Physical Sample – receive a physical sample to approve before full production (adds approx. 7–9 working days to standard timelines).

Once checkout is completed and payment is received, you will receive an instant order confirmation by email.
Production and shipping timelines vary by product type but are typically 10–14 working days and may take up to 21 working days.

The “Quote” option applies to custom products where pricing depends on your design and chosen product type.
Attributes vary depending on the product. For example:
Embroidered badges may be priced based on size, stitch count, border type, and backing.
Woven or printed labels may be priced based on size, fabric, and colours.
Transfers may be priced by sheet size or artwork complexity.
Pins & keyrings may be priced by material, finish, and attachments.
After submitting a quote request, you will receive an email notification confirming your request.
You will then receive a mockup and pricing for review.
Once approved and paid, production begins. Standard lead times are:
Mockup preparation: 1–2 working days
Sample approval (if applicable): 7–9 working days
Production & delivery: 10–21 working days depending on product type.

The complete record of your orders and quotes, including approvals, corrections, and shipping updates, will always be available in your customer login dashboard on our website.
Emails act as notifications only. Your dashboard is the primary record of your transaction.

You confirm that you hold all necessary rights or permissions to use, reproduce, and submit any designs provided to us.
All intellectual property rights in your original design remain with you.
To fulfil your order, we may create production artwork or digitized embroidery files (such as DST, EMB, or similar machine formats) required for manufacturing.
These production files remain the property of UK Badge and are not supplied to customers. You will receive the finished physical products you have ordered, not the underlying production files.
By submitting a design, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to create and use such production artwork solely for the purpose of manufacturing and delivering your order.
Unless you notify us in writing at the time of order, we may showcase completed designs in our portfolio, marketing, or social media.

All digitized files must be tested by you before being used in production.
If an issue is identified, you may request corrections within 14 days of delivery.
Corrections requested outside this timeframe may incur additional charges.

Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Refunds are only issued if:
a valid design issue is reported, and
we are unable to correct it within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds are not available for:
Customer errors (wrong sizes, colours, or details submitted).
Change of mind after order or quote approval.
Designs already approved and/or used in production.

We will use reasonable efforts to correct valid issues reported within the stated timeframe.
Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service or design in question.
We are not responsible for indirect losses, production errors, delays, or damages arising from the use of untested or incorrect files.

By placing an order or requesting a quote, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
Customer data may be shared with trusted third parties (e.g., digitizing partners, shipping providers, payment processors, accountants) strictly for order fulfilment or legal compliance.
We never sell, rent, or trade customer data.

We may store your designs for up to 3 years as a convenience.
We do not guarantee long-term storage and strongly recommend downloading and backing up your files.
We accept no liability for files that are lost, deleted, or unavailable after the retention period.

Customers may receive occasional service updates, order notifications, or relevant offers under legitimate business interest.
You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe link or contacting us directly.
Non-customers will only receive marketing communications with explicit consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.
